o I'm
very sad to report that Steven J. Schon passed away in this week.
Steven J. Schon, 51, of Island Heights,
passed away after a long illness Saturday, May 23, 2009 at home. Born in Washington D.C. he lived
most of his life in Howell and Manchester
Township before moving to Island Heights
6 months ago. He was a computer programmer for Concurrent Computer Corp. in Tinton Falls
before his retirement. He loved boating and was an avid fisherman.
Surviving are two daughters, Nicole Burns and Allison Schon both of Toms River;
his parents, Joseph and Janet Schon of Howell and two brothers, Douglas and his
wife Christine of Scotch Plains and Gregg of Interlaken. Also surviving are one
granddaughter, Arianna Sanchez; two nephews, Taylor and Ryan and many other
loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, from 6-9 p.m. with a funeral service at
8:30 p.m. at "The Family Owned" Carmona-Bolen Home For Funerals 412 Main Street
Toms River,
